    I am now looking to buy in North St Marys , Prices are still around 700K but ok rental return 420/week for older houses.

    Just happened to see this . I live in the area ( North St Mary's ) . Peaceful , quiet and very convenient location.

    there are plenty of buyers, fewer people actually want to sell in this area.
