    Interesting thread .... count me in as well but will confirm 2-3 days before, depends on venue as well. I would love to pick @Shahin_Afarin brain during meetup :)

    As far as topics , i don't see these listed but my suggestions are :

    1. Running/knowing your numbers before buying
    (I think numbers are much more important than the property itself)
    2. Due Diligence / Research before buying. ( Location Analysis )

    Hope there are others interested in these topics.

    Hi everybody, so, I called The Ranch like 4 or 5 times, always being told they'd pass on my message to the functions manager. Finally today the function manager picks up the phone and no, he's never been told that I have been enquiring :mad:.
    Anyway, we can get a room on the 18th August, we'd need at least 25 people interetsed in order for it to be viable. So... are we interested? Otherwise I have no issues with postponing.

    HI @Gockie I am keen to attend a meetup but can't do the 18th August - I work Thurs nights till usually about 7 or 8pm, and already have appointments booked in. With enough notice I could possibly make it in future on a Thurs if that's the preferred night for most. Thanks for chasing up the venue, and I'll keep an eye out for the next one :)
