    I think it will be great, but I like boats and water. Caboolture's economy is fairly dead. Other big drawcards near there are the Sandstone Point Hotel and North Lakes further south. I cant say how it will compare to the old Sandstone Point Marina and Scarborough/Newport, but anyway boats bring $$$$.

    My broker ( and friend ) has just purchased a townhouse in this North Harbour development and has sent me the details. Any insights from QLD'ers? 3x2x1 at 388k rents 390-420pw no common walls or strata, 8% + gst for prop management. No other fees ( monthly/lease reneal etc )
