Looking at a potential dev site in Banyule Council, NE Melb, can anyone recommend a private town planner for the area? Just a simple 2 lot subdivision, nothing fancy required. Cheers
If it really is a two lot subdivision you'd be better using a land surveyor - you're going to need one anyway. If it's straightforward they should be able to do it without hassles
Thanks Tufan If you can recommend any let me know. After speaking with a number of TP's a straight sub-division of the land is a no-go. There will need to be a DA attached and due to rigid council control the construction would need to complete before the sub-division is approved. I see all the value in the land and all the risk in the build. Im starting to think this is inherent with 1 into 2 lot suburban sub divisions at least in established streets. TP's aren't shedding a very positive light on Banyule planning dept.
