    For people who don't like or can't eat dairy for whatever reason, this ice cream log is delicious. You can buy it from Coles and I think Woolworths too.

    Yes I think it's imported either from the USA or Israel. I don't think you'll be able to get this outback though...

    Streets Viennetta - Vegan version. Can get it in Australia too. ;) 'Specialist' supermarkets stock them.

    What put me off regular ice-cream is all the unnecessary additives. Best solution was to buy an ice-cream machine to my wife ;-). After tasting homemade ones, it will be hard to go back to the store. We also make ice cream sticks for kids just out of water and juice. It works very well for young kids as it is concrete hard and melts very slowly so you end up with less of a mess (sometimes).

    Geez @Leo2413 - there's also environmentally friendly palm oil (who cares about oranutangs) & coconut oil both saturated fats.

    Yes and I like it a lot actually. I think its using almond milk.

    No I don't think they carry it yet. We had some friends from Canada bring us some. You may be able to order it online though.
