    Hi everyone,

Thought I would draw upon wisdom of the crowds for a basic question.

family friend planning to do something in Rockbank--they got the ticket for the land release but intended to buy it for a brother who wasn't there at the time. Sales team told them they needed two names on the title, both hers and her brothers--is this actually true?

Sales team said something about 'the name you use to register is the name you sign the contract with'

I thought you'd be able to nominate someone else to actually hold the title even if it's purchased in your name. Is this just a quirk of new developments?

Depends what the contract says about nominating.
