    predictions... predictions...

    that Louis Christopher told us (in Nov 2015) AU$ would fall below 0.7, but it actually moved up. And for 2017 Louis predicted up to 16% growth for Sydney. According to CoreLogic it is 8.6% YOY but will be lower for 2017 as it's unlikely 20/10/2017-31/12/2017 growth will be better than 20/10/2016-31/12/2016.
