Sharp knife from your scuba gear should do it. Make sure the blade goes in a fair way to get the whole thing out..... (anyone taking this as serious medical advice needs to consult a medical specialist straight away!)

Haha shares is way more interesting than properties, unless they’re serious opportunities (eg friend had subdivision land buy for $5m just got offer of $130m). I’m selling two resis and piling all the equity into one stock... not as if I don’t already have a lot of that stock too

I got to say. I’ve moved away from resi too as mainly hold commercial, industrial. I can’t be bothered dealing with resi tenants if the land has no development angle.

At last, property investors must be finally coming to their senses and realising shares are a much superior investment:D.

You certainly know me well, a stirrer at heart but just having a bit of fun:). Couldn’t resist:D.

Give me a bear market anyday. I’d guess even when it comes to property that would be your preference?

Contrarianism works beautifully in most asset classes. Thankfully the masses don’t take the same view:cool:.

    Did someone say beer market?

That's all we're missing, property, shares, vegie garden now we just need a solid home brew thread

Now we’re talking. Had some Coconut ShyPA yesterday afternoon. One of my wife’s best beers to date. Our neighbour who is a huge craft beer lover thought it was very special indeed. The toasted coconut aroma and background flavour is amazing.

Now that property investors here are finally realising it’s a dud investment compared to other asset classes and given there are much more exciting things like home brewing to discuss I reckon there’s only need for a small single section for property on PC:). The vast majority of PC would be better off devoted to the non-property subjects:cool:.

I reckon you would if you tried my wife’s Rasberry Saison.
