    Just wondering if anyone has subscribed to the National Morgtage and Deceased Estate Data and found any good deals? http://www.nmddata.com.au/

    The website looks interesting, just wondering how useful it is in reality from those who have used it.

    Just had a look interesting site. Seems like majority of the listing is on RE.com.au though.

    Indeed they are! Good point mate.

    I wonder if its worth it.. for the odd one here and there that might not be on rea...and may be a good deal. I wonder if anyone has used the website and made a good deal that wasn't on REA or doman?

    I would highly doubt there would be anything on that website that isn't on RE or Domain.

    They are likely just trawling through the listings on re.com for these types of deals and potentially trying to sign up agents they find through that way.

    I signed up for just 1 months access to see what it had to offer, everything I found on there I could find on all the free sites so fair to say I did not renew

    I've been a Platinum member of NMDData for 5 years and I've bought 3 properties using their site. As a member you get access to historical data. They list the passed in price and reduced prices of each property. I can only say that I'm really happy. I've saved heaps.

    Did you buy at a discount when you bought the properties ?
    Can you share how you got them bellow market value if you did ? I would love to here
