    AFR is just as bad. Investment journos, particularly in reporting season, are just parroting press releases.

    Best to read the releases yourself if you have an interest in companies.

    (if you can't be bothered to read the releases, do you want to be competing with someone who does it for a job?)

    There isn't much meaningful to say about financial matters on a daily basis. That's why we quite rightly speak about so much other stuff that's loosely related to other assets, like home brew.
