QLD Newmarket 4051 - Property Manager reocmmendation

Hi Guys,

We have a townhouse in Newmarket that we have held for several years now with the same PM.

We have had some minor ongoing non resolved issues from the onset and realized that we are not getting good service from the current PM.

Could anyone please recommend a more pro-active PM in the area.

Since it is a Townhouse, it is likely that there is an Onsite Manager.
Or is it the OSM that you are having problem with?

 

Its just 4 townhouses but Im also referring to the person who liaises with the tenant.
