    I've been using Robinson at the Junction for a while - pretty happy with them.

    they haven't been particularly tested though - no tenant issues with those properties (or maybe their tenant screening is excellent!), but they have dealt with vacancies/renewals well.

    I like their model of having a team of people that look after aspects of property management - means it is less dependant on a single person.
