    Hi Tom,

    It took around 4 weeks to have them all tenanted, also had them staged and are obviously happy with the results.

    I didn't skimp with the specifications as they all fully include ducted air, 4x4m bedrooms, 2.7 high ceilings etc. Perfect for folks that want a low maintenance high comfort solution close to amenities.

    Sounds like you have a pretty good future development site there if you're willing to be patient. I think I know the one's you're referring to on 231 Maitland Road.

    I sold in Waratah earlier this year, still kicking myself.

    I am watching waratah keeps going up. I thought it was pricey already earlier this year! Did you do Reno before you sold?

    It's in the soil contamination zone from the old gas works, we weren't sure how the market would take it so we priced it $500,000 to $530,000 and we are already above that price guide from the first open.

    Sold a 3 year old flat. Just painted it and upgraded electrical stuff inside.

    Wow thats impressive and will bring a lot more money into the city. I see this city changing a lot over the next 5 years.
