NSW Newcastle or Central Coast for 800k IP for 10y capital growth

    Hi experts

    What would be the smart option to buy an IP - Newcastle or Central Coast for the 800k range for capital growth over a 10 year period ?
    Any suburbs in particular that are expected to do well for this budget?

    Also, is QLD a better bet than both of these?

    Have a look near Maitland, I am currently looking to buy an investment property there.

    Most of those NSW costal locations have gone up massively over the past 10 years. I won't touch any of them, especially around Newcastle. Yamba used to be underperforming but it has caught up.

    Anywhere with a diverse economy in QLD will be a much safer bet imho.
