Are there any pole-house builders in Newcastle?

 

I don't know mate but Montgomery homes are building one around the corner from me on a 45 degree slope, it's insane! good luck to them!

I think it would be hard to get a free builder in Newcastle these days. There is so much activity and developments going up here that every man and his dog is building something.

 

Builders from mining towns (Singleton, Muswellbrook, Branxton, Greta) are more than willing to drive into Newcastle nowadays to get big jobs.

No. We have abandonned plan to build as Council would deem the block too steep.

 

How much of a slope is acceptable ?
