    Hi Everyone!

    My name's Linda Charles and I'm looking forward to learning more about you all and about investing in property. I've always owned the home I've lived in and have yet to purchase an investment property - that should (will!) change this year. I love to keep a running check on property prices in the capital cities and in regional NSW, but never with any firm commitment to buy. Sometimes it seems like there's too much choice and I can't make up my mind as to which is a good buy, which town/suburb is best, and then I get tired of thinking about it and walk away from it for a couple of weeks. Then the cycle starts again!

    I live half of the week in Sydney and the other half in Newcastle.

    I'm looking forward to learning more and meeting you all.

    Tony Robbins says that in life we need to be careful to not "should have" all over ourselves.......

    Good to see you have recognised the issue.

    What is your driver for investing in property?

    Would be good to determine the consequences of not taking action in the NOW - what would life look like?
