    Yes I should have gone with newbie to propertychat looking to branch out or something.
    Loan structure is two IO loans at 200k each

    That's a great portfolio. The purchases before 2010 are probably doing great and the 2012 one will probably rise again once we get out of this slump.

    Your structure seems a bit odd - if you're looking to move forward from here, it would be worth getting it reviewed to make sure everything is as it should be before adding more property into the mix.

    An update so far.
    I put an offer on this property a couple of weeks ago when advertised at all offers presented, @315k
    8 Courtland Crescent, Redcliffe, WA 6104
    They did come back asking for a bit more. It has since been advertised @340k. It does need internal painting, some upgrades to the 2 bathrooms and there is no Air Con or Ceiling fans at all in the house. I’m guessing it would rent for around $350 a week.
    I have since put in another offer for another property in the same area that has been accepted. So will update when/ if that all goes through successfully .
