Hi Everyone Have been reading for over a year, have learnt a lot. Made my first property purchase in March this year in Bayswater, Perth (yes Perth market is rough but it is PPOR with some rental income from boarders, works out financially better than renting). House is a corner block with sub-division potential and an outdated house on a 45 degree angle that is easily liveable but hard on the eyes (yellow walls and literally blue toilets, who thought blue was a good idea?). Aiming to do a minor cosmetic reno myself and knock down and subdivide in a couple of years (tossing up which is a better option subdivision and build or another purchase) Would love to catch up with some other Perth members (especially if you are good with interior design/colours!), I will provide free lunch .
