Hi All, I have just joined the site and am very impressed with the support and advice provided by so many of the members; I could happily lose days trawling through the information. A little about me, my name is Matt, I am 41, married with three kids and I am an engineer. My wife and I have an investment apartment, in Melbourne that provides a adequate cash flow but has not realised any growth. This apartment was the stimulus for me seeking to improve my real estate knowledge and buy better deals for the benefit of my family's financial future. My goal is to acquire positively geared IPs that are not located in the Sydney or Canberra metro regions (work reasons).
