    Hi Guys,

    I’m new comers in Australia’s property market; I moved from Singapore to Melbourne couple months ago.

    Even though I have 3 IPs in Singapore and Malaysia I am considering myself as a beginner and would love to learn from all of you here in this forum.

    I am doing data analytical for living, I do platform development as my hobby, I love real estate and hoping to make a living from it.
