    Just joined here after making a single post on the other forum! Quite new to investing and learning lots by reading the forums!

    Am living and working OS and have purchased two properties in my time away. Am currently planning my next investment after just recently purchasing, but holding tight for a bit to watch the market over the next 12-18 months.

    Don't like to give too much away. :p I am based in SEA. Own an apartment 3k from the city and a period home 8k.

    Looking at buying a 1 bedroom art deco appt in East Melbourne or Elwood. PPoR (will be investment property to start off with though :))
