Do they make a 4WD version of this? If so, I could tow my boat with it!

Save less and spend more for me. Hit a 5 year plan financial goal lately so time to enjoy the rewards of hard work while preparing for the next goal.

To never again buy a jigsaw as a birthday gift for a close friend.

I don't need to receive a text saying “I hate you.” A very rude lass.

The fact it was 1,000 piece with only a tiny amount of colour and the rest being monochrome is irrelevant.

Having spent half the day yesterday putting together a flatpack set of drawers, I'm never going to get sucked into another flatpack. I bought two, put one together, and think I'll onsell the other one.

Whenever i buy flatbacks, I always make sure the store will send soeone to assemble it. Usually i got to pay a little extra but its well worth it. I personally couldnt imagine anything worse then slogging away to put a flatpack item together.

My goal - pay $25k onto the mortgage.
This will be a stretch but I want to do it.

Good for you Sharon. Is that an extra $25k above your minimum repayments?

@Big A - the plan is $25k plus whatever the interest for the year is - so that the whole mortgage drops by $25k. This is most likely an easy goal for those with 2 incomes - but I am single parent - 1 income and no child support - so for us it's a stretch goal.

Our goal is to get our townhouses built and rented, sell one house as part of the funding for the build, but also to reduce the ridiculous amount of land tax we now pay, and then put our feet up for a while.

I may even consider leaving my self-managing days behind.

Rebuild the emergency fund up to $20,000. We’re getting married on the 9th of Jan and of course have gone a little over budget.

After that more ETFs and ARG as per investment plan.

I should refinance my INV loans too, currently paying the lazy tax.

Other than that, continue to work on my business. I don’t need the extra income, but it is always nice!
