And I agree getting the weight off is the easy part
Once that's off you need to do work in order to get muscle . And I really done not much exercise or gym work during the 95 days
I'm getting a pt coming in to this year to give me a better plan to follow and I'm going to make more time to follow up and I'm sure the results will follow :)

A naturally built physique will never be too big.
Most of the out of proportion physiques you are referring to would be chemically enhanced, which is a lot more common than many would realize.

I see your isagenix and raise you natural fruits, vegetables, nuts. ;)
Way more satisfying and delicious than shakes.... Probably cheaper too as there's less middlemen/tiers.
But I'm glad it's working for you :)

Glad it's working for you, but yikes! I just looked at the ingredients list on the Isagenix stuff, 'cleansing' might be a bit of a stretch.

Their protein concentrate is the first ingredient, fine, but the next 3 are IMO, fructose and sunflower oil! not to mention the 500 other ingredients below that..

I tried Optifast once. Then found out that I could have a bowl of oats for the same calories and a whole lot less sugar.

    Further to this...
The concept of a cleanse or detox is flawed...
You can’t detox your body. It’s a myth. So how do you get healthy?

I understand what they are saying that there is no such thing as a detox flush but we detox every day through our kidneys and liver etc. To detox effectively then we should be kind on our liver and kidneys. Water, fresh vegetables and fruit all help us to detox, as does exercise. Smoking, too much alcohol and processed foods don't help with detoxing.

Not Isagenix then as that is very low calorie each day with additional day or two of fasting
