Hi all not sure if it's of interest to use but I have had some massive results with really little effort last year I wasn't happy with how I was putting on some extra kg's and the lack of energy I had so I found a nutritional cleansing program where I lost unwanted weight and have put on lean muscle and are beaming with energy day in and day out if any one is wanting to make 2017 the year they put them self first yell out don't be shy and I will send some info across to you
It's a 30 day money back garentee also so you got nothing to loose beside weight

I have put up my 95 day transformation also :)

    Cheers

Well done @the world is your oyster !

Another friend of mine has also had massive results with this product also (you told me the name of it during one of the Melbourne meetups).

Yep, muscle has weight, but muscle also burns calories when you are at rest doing nothing, so muscle is good!

I'm guessing so especially if used to high carbs, cleansing generally means a Very Low Calorie Diet

Vitadiet and Optifast are like this and available from Chemists

Silver not white. That car park is an easy bust. Better off up the road near the Shalvey shops with all the merchandise hidden in a secret compartment under the back seat. Up here for thinking lol.

For sure, way out of proportion.
Got to get started working on them wheels.
Just remember, quality muscle takes time to build, much, much longer than losing weight, but long term results are worth it.

depends on how big those muscles are? Some guys overdo this and it's a turn off.

If you keep track of your waist that will tell you if it is muscle or fat.

Looking good by the way. That's a solid effort for 3 months

And perhaps do a body composition test at intervals - even a simple skin fold test.
