    no surprise there but would we have an oversupply?
    Suppose this, there's an oversupply of apartments in the city, Epping, Chatswood etc and they may come cheap over the next few years due to interest rates and so on, would you really buy an apartment in a multi complex of apartments? How much of a drop would entice you to buy? Remember that you will still have to compete with other owners for rental and strata fees will always increase over time. I'm interested to know.

    Lots of medium density OTP apartments have gone up/are going up in the Rosebery/Zetland areas. Some high density ones in Mascot and Green Square, will be interesting to see how it affects prices/rent when they come up. I'm more concerned with traffic given that I live in the area, have already seen it become steadily worse over the last 2 years...

    Same in Burwood, strathfield, homebush area, 16/17 will see, I guess, over 2000 appts completed.

    Looks like White is to have several hundred along with Sydney's newest technological park.
