Hi I'm Luke, from Gippsland Victoria(no I don't ride a horse to work!) I'm 27, and have worked in both the construction game (carpenter) and mining. I purchased my first house about 4 years ago, I'm currently living in it, and have fully renovated it. But now I'm ready to start investing in property. I'm looking at either buying in one of the capitals as a rental or maybe even doing a small development myself closer to home to get a feel for it. I attended a property meet up dinner in Southbank Melbourne last Friday night and met some great people from all different parts of Australia, I learned a lot and felt quite comfortable even though I'm a fair novice when it comes to investing, I'm very keen to learn more.
