    Hello,

I apologise if this appears to be a stupid question.

Can anyone tell me if it's possible to negotiate the standing price of a property from the Affordable Homes Program? I had the impression from the agent that each house is in high demand and it''s first in first serve but I want to know if it's actually the best deal I could get.

Also how long must I live in the house before it can become an investment?
Is re-financing from Homestart worth it? And how long after would be ideal?

    thanks :)
