    Hi all,

    I'm looking at making a purchase on a potential PPOR around the Box Hill / Blackburn area. Pretty vanilla situation so my needs are super basic. However, I don't have an idea of what the typical fees for conveyancing are down here (moved from Brisbane). Would anyone recommend me a person/business they use/trust and what I should expect?
