    The traffic is bloody diabolical in Casey already so I hope they fix the roads before this starts.

    Or build a new train station. Its mind boggling the number of people buying up in that area. Developers claiming that they r selling 8 to 10 lots per month.,.even if they r Half lying that's still quite impressive.

    Another run away price achieved, in Mooroolbark, and not so great location.

    This is what I mean about making easy money, buy when the market is rising and sit on your hands sell prior to peak:)
