    In case you hadn't already noticed, I decided to create a new subtopic for Airbnb and Short Term Letting.

    Intended for discussions about being an Airbnb host, homestay, short term letting, holiday rentals, holiday homes, accommodation sharing, Stayz and so on.

    Did a quick search and moved some existing threads into the new section - already have 42 threads and over 1,100 posts on this topic!

    You're right, it's been quite a popular topic lately. Good to have a dedicated section.
