    I've lost count of how many times i read "Affordable housing" in the first 25 pages.

    Interesting to note they think the tradecoast /airport side in bn is going to jump ahead. I agree mostly. Lots of opps for the tradecoast if they think big and are aggressive.
    None of this small scale stuff they have currently... They have to think bigger.
    But as I said in other posts, most of this did not even exist 10 years ago...so they have made good progress in a short timeframe.
    They need to take it to the next level.

    Hell Yeah Linda. Get your priorities right. It's not too bad, there are lots of pics and graphs and stuff.

    We've just been in San Francisco and had a very tall building pointed out to us by a bus guide. He said this particular building was approved and (the way he told the story) it was partly due to the promise of "affordable housing".

    He said the individual apartments cost about $1m each and upwards from there. That isn't really "affordable" is it? He also said that San Francisco is a more expensive city to live in than New York (overtook New York a couple of years ago).

    I wonder how that got through to the keeper?
