New Mermaid Beach Office - Before and After Photos

Hi All

After a 7 month wait we finally have keys to the Mermaid Beach office. Old tenant kept delaying moving out but the spot was just too good to give up.

It is interesting inside to say the least.

I'm not far from there. Know the area well. There is a new proposed apartment development going next door. It's a good spot.

So a Bunnings delivery - guaranteed absolutely we'll get it there first thing in the morning. 4:30pm arrival is not quite first thing. Wasted day which when we are paying hourly rates and accom for builders is very annoying. Especially as it was ordered first thing the morning before and they said could do it.

Anyway. Today was much better

 

Builders are finishing tomorrow. Painters start on Sat. Aircon and Electrical mid next week and carpets late in the week.
