Hi all, Young ambitious architecture student conducting Masters studies at the moment with several years of full-time experience working for architectural practice under my belt. Newbie to the investment scene of course, however, been keeping a keen eye on developments and the property markets; researching through readings online mainly. Managed and managing to continue to generate savings which I eventually aim to invest into ideas around home flipping / renovation / developments / old home large land opportunities or first portfolio buy utilizing government grants where possible. I have a limited number of debts at the moment due to the fortunate position of living at home still and I own my own car. I've got a keen eye on areas around the suburbs of Melbourne such as Clayton, Clarinda, Noble Park, Springvale, Seaford, Rowville, Burwood and Blackburn to start. Looking to learn and pickup on discussions around advice and opportunities within the investor and first home buyer threads. Thank you.
