I am new to this group, used to be active in Somersoft forums few years ago. I am a investor in Perth with few in hand and now I am trying to subdivide and develop one property. Thank you for accepting me in this group of experts in the trade.

Second house almost completed in Riverton, delayed due to the weather. I think I made a mistake by not building both houses at the same time. Banks were funny, would not give me loan for second house and I wasted around 4 months waiting for loan.

 

I've had a quick look for sites in riverton. Didn't see much in the way of retain and build sites. Did you demo the existing property?
