Hi all, Looking to purchase a SDA house and land package in QLD. Expecting around $7-800k purchase price. Before I pester my broker, does anyone know of any non-conforming lenders who would loan for this type of H&L package for me and my wife. We are at our cap with mainstream lenders so need a lender who understands NDIS. We have around $400k cash to contribute so understand if we can only borrow ~50-60%. TIA
We are an NDIS lender. Still require full servicing but do understand the model. Happy to have one of my BDM's contact you if you require further information. Cheers Richard
If you already have a broker it's best you contact them about this first, you won't be pestering them I'm sure of it. They have all your data and their in the best postion to give you an answer as the data you've provided here is too limited to know if you qualify or not. Plenty of non-mainstream lenders do construction and NDIS
Yes, talk to your broker, they are the best ones to advise you on this. From there getting your pre-approval would be best and then sourcing the property after that to ensure you can meet all your financial obligations with H&L package contracts. I hope that helps. Regards Peter Toma
