    Hi all,

I am thinking of buying a place that basically has no proper laundry, it has pipes and tub in the garage, the good thing is, on th e other side of the wall it is cemented and undercover, it also has a 100mm pipe outside the wall which i suspect may be sewer (so may be able to make a combined laundry toilet /shower.

We may live there, so not looking for too cheap and nasty, but......

Would you brick up a room (would be more than 3 x 3) with timber frame, roof is a metal awning, or would you use some other material.

Any ideas on what it may cost to make a laundry room of that approx size ? I will put at least 1 window and 1 door. I imagine if I add a shower and toilet it will add 2k extra to the costs.
