    Just stumbled across this site when I was searching for something else.
    Would have been good to know about it a few years back, but it's never too late

    I'm an urban planner and architect, and for my sins look after my clients more than I look after my own interests, although as I get older, I'm trying to focus more on doing something on a more regular basis (over the years have done a few units, a little subdivision, but not a lot of consistency)

    I'm a bit of a dinosaur and have seen it all, but am only cynical about the planning system we operate under because it is dysfunctional (no, it really is!)

    More than happy to comment on posts and offer suggestions and help out where I can
