    Hey guys
    I am new to the forum. I own and live in Sydney in a fast growing suburb. I built my first home within a Stockland estate and the experience was really good. Now we ( my young and happy family) are thinking of moving to Melbourne. I have good equity built on my Sydney home.
    Which suburb would be good with a budget under 800k in Melbourne? H&L package or reasonably old house would be great. I looked at Mt Atkinson , Donnybrook and Manor Lakes. West attracts me with the school options. Any suggestions and recommendations would be great. Is it too too late for Mt Atkinson? How is Manor Lakes? Is there any better suburb that I would have missed to do DYOR?

    Better schools in east but houses may not be in your budget, except a few suburbs.
