    What does everyone think of the new home buyer scheme being proposed in Victoria?



    • The State will have a 25% stake in your property.
    • Buyers only need to make repayments on their own share and can utilise as little as 5% for a deposit.

    It's not being proposed...it's been out since October 2021.

    My personal observation is that nobody cares (or knew in this case) which is a bit strange. I thought people would embrace this a lot more
