    The last city plan added the ability to split 600m2 blocks with 15m frontage in low density areas located within 200m of 2000m2 of centre (commercial) zoned land. Not many around yet but will become increasingly more common.

    This site sold for $700k in July last year with an ok post war house on it.

    Interesting to see what they get. There were others in Seven Hills that got over $1m each but they had city views.
