    The Property For Sale section has merged with the Buy / Sell / Swap section to create a new Marketplace section.

    In the Marketplace, people may post:
    • Property for Sale
    • Property Wanted
    • Property for Rent (Long term or short term / holiday)
    • Seeking JV partners
    • General items / goods for buy / sale / swap

    Note that allowing "JV partners" represents a change in our forum rules - this was previously not permitted.

    The site rules have been changed to read:
    • Soliciting investors in any investment scheme or making offers for people to purchase securities or any other fundraising activity which is regulated by ASIC is strictly forbidden
