Can you recommend me where to buy and install curtains for a IP in Brisbane?

I am living interstate. 1) Should I order ready made curtains from spotlight, then hire a handyman to install curtain 2) ask Spotlight measure and install curtain ?

    Which is a better option?

Measure & install all in one supplier if the price similar means less chance of finger pointing options in case anything goes wrong.

Personally prefer blinds in all my investment props. They last well with easy cleaning . Just did one property in October and can provide contacts if you need . Measure , made & installed.
Am not too sure if the curtains would have been cheaper as I have always opted for blinds.

What suburb of Brisbane? I often decide these things based on what I can get for an awesome special on the day. Curtain Wonderland had blinds for 60% off a few weeks ago but they are taking an eternity to deliver stock across town from their Brisbane warehouse.

Three years ago I bought a housefull of matching eyelet blockout curtains from an online store in Melbourne then mounted them onto shower curtain rods from Bunnings - far cheaper than "curtain rods".

I hope you aren't thinking about spending any more money on THAT house, or are you getting ready for when the tenants vacate.

I went to both Spotlight and Curtain Wonderland today. Both have some curtains and roller blinds on sales but Curtain Wonderland quality looks better.
However, it seems that all curtain and roller blinds heights are 220 cm but my windows height is about half-height (see the photos).

I like curtain but if I buy curtains with 220 cm, they will not fit because the kitchen benches below.

Option 1: Use all roller blinds
Option 2: use roller blinds for windows in kitchen benches and curtain (220cm height) for windows

Can you give me any other ideas?

Property Manager gave me a quote for rollers from tradie, $1700 for whole house but tradie does not specify roller types, color, quality, size, quantities. Total lengths of all windows are about 15-18 meters (my guess) . Do you think the quote is reasonable? Alternatively, I will fight to Brisbane, but roller blinds and hand them by myself.

Curtains over kitchen benches are probably not a good idea.

I would use roller blinds in the kitchen and sunblock curtains in the bedrooms (if you want to keep heat in in winter and heat out in summer).

Otherwise, just put roller blinds in all rooms.

You should ask about the type of blind that will be supplied and you should specify the colour too. Also, cords will need to be secured correctly.

Any quote should include the number of blinds to be installed.

If you have window dimensions just ask several suppliers for a quote, very easy to do. If it's a national brand then you could inspect colour options personally at a local store.

I would definitely use a roller blind in the kitchen, forget curtains.

Finally, I cut the curtain to half at kitchen bench. It works.
