    Hello, I'm looking to start myself early in Business. I've always had the dream of owning a coffee shop, and then potentially selling it for a profit or create an investment out of it. I know most businesses flop, for reasons that could have been prevented or were unforeseeable.

    This being said, I'm determined to see my dream become a reality. I have the opportunity to undertake a TAFE QLD Certificate, and I'm unsure of which to choose. They offer a Cert III in Business, that covers the basics, and opens up Accounting Careers and such, and they have a Cert IV in New Small Business, though I've been told that Cert IV's are generally useless.

    Any ideas?

How much information do you need on a property?

Its not easy finding the many influential attributes on any address covering the building, risks, and lifestyle features. Although values have been difficult to pin down this last 12 months, there are many extra attributes freely available on Residz.
