Our business is branching out into home collection and delivery of dry cleaning, laundry and ironing.
I want to do this under a new/different brand.
Please help me think of a new name/brand.

One suggestion was: The Wife (Washing, Ironing, Folding Executives). Meant to be very tongue in cheek. Could lead to lots of (good and possibly bad) publicity. Would make for some good tag lines/slogans ..."Got Laundry - call The Wife" etc. And for those that take offence we can reference Hire A Hubby.

Thoughts on this or suggestions of other names?

Why not just call it - Dirty Laundry.
    Not registered in NSW.

I'd call it Munni ... then you can say your business is Munni Laundering.

If you have a business called the Buttler then the wife could be a good ad on.

I need a wife right now.

When I was in business, I used to use the tagline:

    Making 20yy the BEST yet.

    where:
    Business
    Excellence
    Starts
    Today

Still use it on my email signature :) :).

Current Business is Butler Box - we place lockers into apartment buildings and pick up/drop off DC, Laundry, Ironing, Groceries, Parcels etc.

I like the change to Excellence.

    Keep them coming

The Butler and The Wife, sounds like a chick flick title :)

    The Butler and The Maid?

You may have to think further if you want thewife.com or thewife.com.au - they're taken.

    Well done.

"The Wife" was one of somersoft's well known posters about ten years ago.

I like The Wife. Not offensive to anyone who's got a shred of a sense of humour, and stuff the rest to be honest, you wouldn't want them as customers anyway.

Yes - quite humorous in my book too. But your home/office may be picketed by the hairy-legged makeup haters! Never mind there is a handyman franchise called Dial-a-Hubby I think.
Another suggestion could be some sort of variation of "Valet Laundry Services" - could sit okay alongside the Butler business.

I think there's one called Drop/Dump in a Load in Summer Hill.

I love Dirty Laundry. It's catchy, cheeky and relevant and totally memorable.

Great for social media play too where you air out (show photos) customers dirty laundry. With their permission of course and without naming names. Could be before after shots or beautiful styled shots.

    Food for thought.

Would be good to drop your business URL in the comments when people are airing their dirty laundry.
