    Hey guys,
I am from sydney looking for a house within 15k from Melbourne city.
I was thinking of house and land packages, to avoid continuously flying down to maintain the house.
I know the agent takes care of the property, though it can be annoying continuously traveling for unforeseen issues.
    Can anyone relate?

Buying a house and land package just to avoid having to fly down for maintenance seems like pretty misguided reasoning to me...

How deep have you investigated this strategy?

Hi there - no H&L within 15 km my friend. Depending on which direction you are looking at H&L can be 50km from the city.

For nothing to maintain you can buy an apt or townhouse, but depending on the suburb - your price range will vary significantly.

As mentioned above, forget about flying down - what is the strategy/ price range

    Cheers Ivan

That's what you pay a property manager for Michaelidis,I have 2 IPs in Brisbane and I sometimes only remember I have them when my property manager sends me my monthly rental statement.
