Hi there, I'm a new agent in a Resi agency that's recently expanding its commercial side. Lots of very helpful Resi agents giving tips, but not a lot of commercial agents to help. Where can I go to learn more specifically about the commercial side and how to do it best? I'm throwing all I've got at it at the moment, and I'm keeping my head above water, but I really need more support and someone/where to turn to to get help. Brought in $30m in stock within my first 2 months and conjuncting on a $60m deal with a Resi agent - so I'm doing ok, I just am getting run over. Commercial property owners treat agents very different and I want to know what the tricks of the trades are. Any help would be awesome. Also if you're an owner, what makes a good agent?
