    Opinions on Neil.
    Ive read two of his books, and get emails from him regularly.
    I am aware that he is like everyone else and has a living to be made, and a product to sell, but put that aside; I like that he puts out there the pitfalls of the real estate industry and investing.
    Thoughts?

    Have read his book..would be good if he had an updated or newer version for the current times.

    Kevin,go back to the old site prior to this one and type in his name..

    I would say he is doing very well,and with his massive collection of rare books and reading that he does staying happy..After all everyone's idea of success is different..

    Thanks for that; I have no doubt he is successful.
    I was more interested in people's thoughts about his relevance, expertise (or lack of?) in real estate circles and investing.

    We have bought and sold with them and as no sale or settlement goes like a text book copy everything ended well ,and it's easier to be a narcissist in that business model and there are plenty of them ..but this person is not on that list..
    The only bad or people complain in publications or media outlets about this self made Man is only people that work his system,and once you put aside the tribalism factor that's real estates sales..
