Negotiate business price?

    Hi I was just wondering if it is common practice to 'haggle'over a business price when purchasing an establish business?

    It's always a good idea to consult with your accountant in case there is anything you may have missed when looking at the numbers and estimating the value of the business you're looking at.

    Pay a lot of attention to the amount your Accountant attributes to "good will".
