    we settle on our ip on Thursday and due to Xmas haven’t been able to line up the trades we need in order to rent it.

    could the lovely team at pc recommend (ip in manly west) tilers painters someone to put space for a dishwasher in the kitchen.

    Needed ASAP!

    @The lucky duck, I will PM you the details of the painter we used on our Wynnum West IP.

    They were recommended by ur property manager - the quality of work was great and the price was good.
