Need suggestion on potential exterior upgrades

    I wonder how much of any increase will be the rendering etc and how much just the general increase in property values in the area?

    Look into the carport some more but i wouldn't go through council. Did you get someone out to look at it?

    You could do a timber picket fence for much cheaper for the same effect. I don't think a brick fence will add 18k

    As the first stage, I'm going to put timber battens similar to the photo below:

    Not sure what kind of wood I should use. Merbau, Cedar or anything else. Or should I just get a ready-made screening panels like these:
